All of CLARA MILLAN goods are made with fine, high quality made materials. Our best recommendation for cleaning your leather good is to take it to a trusted shoemaker or cleaners specializing in leather. Avoid exposing your bag to water and moisture.
Some of our leather is completely natural and meaning it is naked with no synthetic top finishes. Scratching will occur. The surface will change over time, and exposure to water will create spots.
COLOR & LEATHER VARIATION
There may be a slight color and grain variations, which are characteristics of the natural leather and individual to each item. The leather will only improve with age and use.

Most orders ship within 7-14 business days of purchase. Of course we try to work on orders as soon as possible to minimize the wait time. We ship all of our products via FedEx or UPS, most domestic packages will arrive within 1-5 business days depending on location. International orders will arrive within 10-15 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
