CLARAMILLAN wants you to be completely satisfied with your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase we, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days from the day the merchandise is received. At this point we do not offer refunds. We strongly encourage you to email us at email@example.com with any prior questions or concers. The merchandise must be exchanged in the exact condition in which it was shipped. We strongly encourage you to email us firstname.lastname@example.org with any question or concerns before you finalize your order.
IN THE EVENT OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT, PLEASE EMAIL US AT CONTACT@CLARAMILLAN.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR BAG.
We ship via Fedex which providing secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can do to assist you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
For domestic packages we ask Fedex to require a signature for orders over 500USD.
If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than 500USD, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen
